Can I preview it before paying?
Yes. You see the whole sheet before you order anything. Designing uses free weekly credits, and you only pay when you order the printed sheet.
When do I need to order for Christmas?
Earlier is better. Australia Post hasn't published its 2026 Christmas sending dates yet, and we will put a firm order-by date on this page once it has. Previewing takes minutes, printing takes 1 to 2 business days, then it's in the post.
Can I change the words?
Yes. Edit the prompt in plain English to change a name, a phrase or the scene, then preview it again before you order.
Is it waterproof?
Yes. Sheets are printed on waterproof laminated vinyl that is scratch and fade resistant, so they hold up on drink bottles and lunchboxes.
Where do you ship from?
Everything is printed and packed in Sydney and posted from there with tracking. Printing takes 1 to 2 business days, and delivery times are on the shipping page.
What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit phone photo where the face is easy to see. Looking at the camera helps. No filters, sunglasses or big group shots.
