If something's wrong, we fix it
If an order arrives damaged or goes missing, email support@stickerme.club and we’ll send a replacement or refund it in full.

Can Nan or Pop be in the stickers too?
Yes. Add a photo of them alongside the grandkids’ photos on the photo step, and they are drawn into the same scene. Without one, the grandparent is drawn from the description.
Can I post it straight to them?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout. The shipping page lists current delivery times, and the exact cost is shown before you pay.
When is Grandparents Day?
In Australia it is usually in late October, though the exact date varies by state. Check the delivery estimates on the shipping page and order a week or two ahead.
