A reward chart worth filling in
A reward chart works better when the reward means something. A gold star from a pack is a gold star. A medal with the kid drawn on it, handed over for the thing they actually did, gets stuck on the fridge and pointed at for a week.
The form is set to the badges product, which builds the sheet as medals, patches or shields rather than scene stickers. The Badge shape option on the form switches between circular badges, shields, embroidered patches and metallic medals. Add a photo, and the kid is illustrated into each one.

Reward badges questions
What is the difference between badges and normal sticker sheets?
Badges are built as awards — medal, patch, shield or ribbon shapes with the subject inside them — rather than a character in a scene. Everything else, including the photo step and the preview, is the same.
Can I write what the badge is for?
Yes. Edit the prompt to name the achievement, or type into the Name field to get the name on each badge.
Are these strong enough for a classroom set?
They are laminated, waterproof kiss-cut sheets, so they peel cleanly and handle being handled. For a whole class, order multiples of the same sheet.
